Job summary

JPS Recruitment Group currently seeks a Registered Midwife to join the Warwick Hospital maternity team on a four-week contract in Queensland. The position runs from 26 October to 22 November 2026 and offers up to 80 hours per fortnight with on-call availability.

The successful candidate will support mothers and babies across the full spectrum of midwifery care, working with an experienced maternity team in a busy hospital setting. AHPRA registration and midwifery qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Midwife with AHPRA.
• Demonstrated midwifery experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Competence in cannulation and venepuncture.
• Willingness and availability for on-call duties as required.
• Current Foetal Surveillance Education certification or ability to complete training.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Current CPR and first aid certification.
