Job summary
Tabcorp is seeking a Risk Transformation Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract to shape how risk is understood, governed and embedded across the business. You will report to the Head of Risk Transformation and collaborate across multiple workstreams to drive enterprise-wide risk initiatives.
This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders, opportunities to strengthen risk capability, and a chance to contribute during a pivotal transformation across Tabcorp.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting transformation, change or capability uplift initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capability
- Experience coordinating projects, workstreams and competing priorities
- The ability to simplify complex issues and develop practical solutions
- Experience within risk, governance, transformation or project environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to strengthen risk practices and capability
- Support delivery of enterprise risk transformation initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities
- Coordinate delivery across multiple projects and workstreams
- Support governance reporting and executive updates
- Track milestones, risks, issues and delivery progress
