A large superannuation fund is seeking a Risk Manager to support its Transformation team. You will facilitate effective risk management across change initiatives, making a positive impact on organizational objectives. We’re looking for a Risk Manager – Transformation to support the Transformation business area, including the General Manager, Leadership Team, and the Customer Service Integration (CSI) program. This role is key to embedding a strong risk culture and ensuring effective risk management across all change initiatives, aligned with the ART Group Risk Management Framework.
Your expertise will be crucial in the development of the area’s risk profile, conducting proactive assessments, and implementing evolving controls to meet business and regulatory needs. As a Risk Manager, you\'ll embody ART\'s values of courage, empathy, and excellence by supporting control owners with compliance and reporting, to deliver executive and Board-level insights, and manage scorecard risk metrics.
Additional responsibilities include participating in governance forums, overseeing incident response, advising leaders on delivery risks, and acting as audit lead. You’ll collaborate with second and third line risk teams and champion a strong risk culture through leadership and training.
