Job summary

CBUS Super in Melbourne is seeking an Analyst, Risk & Compliance Initiatives to support the uplift of risk management frameworks, processes and monitoring as part of the Keystone program. Working within the Enterprise Risk & Compliance team, you will help embed consistent risk and compliance practices across the organisation while contributing to a stronger risk culture and improved regulatory outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience in financial services, risk management, compliance and/or governance.
Strong analytical skills with reporting and data analysis in Excel (pivot tables, charts, macros).
Experience using Power BI or similar reporting/visualisation tools is advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to build stakeholder relationships.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support development, maintenance and continuous improvement of risk and compliance frameworks, policies, standards and guidance materials.
Assist in execution and enhancement of risk management activities including risk/control assessments, obligations management, issue and incident management and breach governance.
Contribute to delivery of risk transformation initiatives, regulatory change activities and continuous improvement programs.
Analyse risk and compliance data to identify trends, emerging risks and opportunities to improve processes and controls.
Partner with stakeholders across the business to support consistent application of the Risk Management Framework and uplift initiatives.
