Job summary

Talent Corp in Sydney is seeking an experienced Risk Capability Manager to develop and embed learning that strengthens risk maturity across the business and align with transformation milestones. You will design and curate risk training, coordinate SME input, manage schedules and governance, and partner with senior stakeholders to drive adoption of new frameworks and ways of working.

• Experience delivering learning and capability initiatives within large-scale transformation.
• Experience managing end-to-end regulatory, risk or compliance training programs.
• Strong learning design and content development across digital and facilitated formats.
• Experience supporting business readiness and change adoption.
• Experience delivering training at scale in complex organisations.
• Ability to measure learning effectiveness with structured evaluation methods.
• Tertiary qualification in business, learning & development, risk, compliance or related discipline.

Working with risk, compliance, program and business leaders, you will translate regulatory requirements and transformation outcomes into practical training, tools and sustainable ways of working.
