SSE's Risk & Assurance Graduate Programme is designed for graduates who want to develop commercial and analytical expertise while making a real impact from day one.

Over two years, you'll gain broad exposure across SSE, building a strong understanding of our business, strategy and operations while developing the skills needed for a long-term career in assurance, governance, risk or audit.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a 2:2 honours degree in any discipline.
• Interest in governance, risk, assurance, audit or business performance.
• Curious, questions, eager to learn and develop new skills.
• Works well with others and builds relationships.
• Takes ownership and is committed to continuous improvement.
