Job summary

RSM Australia, part of a global network of audit, tax and advisory professionals, is recruiting graduates for the Adelaide Audit & Assurance team. The role is ideal for those who have recently completed or will complete studies by end of 2026, with a view to building a career in Audit.

You will learn through hands-on practice, develop fundamental audit skills, and work within a supportive team. The program offers exposure to a wide range of clients across Australia.

Qualifications

• Business / Commerce degree with Accounting major is required.
• Studies completed or scheduled for completion by end of 2026.
• Plan to commence relevant professional certification or postgraduate studies within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop a basic ability to apply fundamental audit skills as incorporated in the RSM audit process.
• Develop a basic understanding of Accounting and Audit Standards.
• Develop a working knowledge of the fundamental electronic audit tools.
• Understands and performs audit testing as directed and in accordance with RSM policies and procedures.
• Complete allocated tasks in accordance with directions given.
• Maintains personal documentation (training records, time sheets, expenses).
