Job summary

Medibank is inviting applications for two experienced Risk Analysts to support a major uplift in enterprise risk management within the Group Risk & Compliance team in Melbourne. You will help enhance risk and compliance frameworks, governance, and reporting across the organisation, collaborating with stakeholders to strengthen risk management capability.

The role focuses on developing and implementing enterprise-wide risk structures, guiding documentation, and coordinating uplift initiatives

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years' experience in Risk, Compliance, Risk Transformation, or a similar discipline.
• Experience contributing to the design, development, or uplift of risk and compliance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience working on enterprise-wide initiatives in complex organisations.
• Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
• Familiarity with APRA prudential standards, including CPS 220, CPS 230, and CPS 234.

Responsibilities
