You’ll drive sales, oversee operations and safety, coach staff, and connect with the local community to keep The Search alive on every shift.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach, develop and lift team performance.
• Strong operational focus including standards and safety compliance.
• Capable of connecting with the local community and delivering brand experience.
