Job summary

Monadelphous Group offers an 18-month Rigging Traineeship for those starting a career in construction. You will join our Heavy Lift team on a FIFO roster across Australia, attending structured training at our Employee Development Centre in Bibra Lake while working toward a Certificate III in Rigging to become an Intermediate Rigger.

The program focuses on hands-on experience, safety, mentorship, and a clear pathway to long-term career progression within Monadelphous.

Job description

Our Rigging Traineeship Program is an exciting 18-month development pathway designed to help you build a rewarding career in the construction and resources industry. Through a combination of hands-on experience and formal training, you will work towards achieving a Certificate III in Rigging and becoming a qualified Intermediate Rigger.

As a full-time Trainee, you will join our Heavy Lift team, working on a FIFO roster across a variety of projects throughout Australia. You will also attend structured training at our Employee Development Centre (EDC) in Bibra Lake, gaining the practical skills, technical knowledge and industry experience needed to succeed.
