Job summary

Monadelphous seeks Rigging Supervisors to join our Engineering Construction Division on a FIFO 2:1 roster, with nightshift opportunities and a generous salary package. This role includes point-of-hire flights from major capital cities across Australia.

You will provide technical direction to trades, supervise rigging on site, mentor teams, plan daily activities, ensure HSE compliance, and coordinate with project teams and clients to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in the Engineering and Construction industry in Rigging Supervisory role.
• Experience supervising rigging on multi-disciplinary construction projects.
• Strong understanding of Australian HSE legislation and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction to the trades teams on site.
• Supervise and coordinate Rigging works on site.
• Lead and mentor trades, contractors, and trade assistants.
• Plan daily activities, allocate resources, and monitor productivity.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project specifications.
• Liaise with project teams and clients to ensure project objectives are achieved.
