Job summary

Performance Cranes & Rigging Pty Ltd in Sydney specialises in structural steel erection and innovative steel solutions for major projects. We are expanding and seeking experienced riggers to join our team at St Marys NSW.

As a Rigger, you will assemble and install steel components, operate EWPs, perform rigging and lifting tasks safely, and inspect equipment to maintain safety standards. A positive attitude and ability to work fast-paced is essential.

Qualifications

• High-risk work licenses RB, DG and WP required.
• Experience in structural steel rigging in fast-paced environments.
• Positive attitude, punctuality and reliability.

We pride ourselves on completing projects safely and ahead of schedule. With a growing team of over 60 professionals, we are expanding and seeking experienced individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and install structural steel components according to project specifications.

Operate EWPs up to 14m on standard warehouses, and up to 40m on high bay, multi-level warehouses.

Execute rigging and lifting operations safely, efficiently and effectively.

Inspect and maintain rigging equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Work well within a team environment.

Requirements:

Riggers: Relevant high-risk work licenses (minimum RB, DG, WP); experience in structural steel rigging, positive attitude, punctuality, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and must supply own basic rigging tools.
