Job summary

Kappa Executive Search is helping a NSW-based architecture practice find a capable coordinator who will work as the 2IC to the Project Leader on large-scale multi-residential developments and private aged care residences.

You will be involved in design development, tender and construction, coordinating consultants, reviewing information and supporting the Project Leader with client communication and project priorities.

Qualifications

• Coordinate consultant coordination, Revit documentation and project information across projects.
• Support programme tracking and technical resolution across design to construction stages.
• Assist day-to-day team support and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Leader with coordination across consultants and disciplines.
• Maintain drawing quality and coordination across packages to prevent issues on site.
• Support client communication and project priorities throughout design, tender and construction.
