Cottee Parker Architects in Brisbane is seeking an Architectural Technician / Revit Model Manager. You will produce high-quality architectural documentation, manage Revit project models and coordinate with project teams to uphold BIM standards.

The role combines hands-on drawing work with model setup, coordination and ongoing upkeep of Revit models across multiple projects in a collaborative practice. Applicants should have 5+ years experience and strong BIM/Coordination skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Australian experience as Architectural Technician, BIM Technician, Revit Technician or similar.
• Strong knowledge of model management and BIM coordination.

Responsabilités

• Prepare accurate architectural drawings, models, schedules and documentation across different project stages
• Set up and maintain Revit project models in accordance with CPA standards
• Monitor model health, performance, warnings, links, worksets and overall model integrity
• Coordinate architectural models with consultant and external discipline models
• Support teams with Revit troubleshooting, workflows and modelling best practice
• Assist with clash identification and coordination issues
• Maintain consistency in families, templates, naming conventions and project standards
• Support model audits and quality reviews throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate consultant information and documentation
• Assist Project Leaders with project delivery, site information and resolving documentation issues
• Contribute to BIM and Revit process improvements across CPA
• Share knowledge and help build Revit capability within project teams
