About the role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Revenue Officer to join our team and play an important role in supporting accurate, timely and efficient pathology billing. In this role, you’ll help ensure our billing processes run smoothly, from generating invoices and investigating patient and client billing anomalies through to reviewing and resolving worklist items. You’ll bring a proactive approach to problem‑solving, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and delivering high-quality outcomes.

  • Organisation & adaptability – Proven ability to manage competing priorities and high workloads, work with limited supervision, meet strict deadlines and respond positively to changing requirements, information and procedures.
  • Communication & systems capability – Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working with a diverse range of clients and multidisciplinary teams, together with confidence using Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, databases and computerised information systems. Knowledge of pathology or hospital billing and receivables processes will be highly regarded.
