Job summary

Vicinity is seeking a detail‑oriented Revenue Administrator to join our Revenue team. You will maintain lease and billing data in our ERP, ensure revenue is billed in line with lease agreements, and support reporting across our national property portfolio.

This role offers a collaborative environment, flexible hybrid working, and exposure to Finance, Leasing and Legal stakeholders. You will process tenant changes, produce tenancy schedules, manage monthly billing cycles, and drive continuous

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Finance Officer, Accounts Officer or similar finance role.
  • Experience managing billing processes and financial data.
  • Intermediate Excel and ERP systems experience (JDE).
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaborative, team‑first mindset and stakeholder support.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining property, lease and billing information within the Property Database.
  • Processing tenant changes including lease assignments, rent reviews, terminations, variations and surrenders.
  • Producing and maintaining Tenancy Schedules and key portfolio reports.
  • Managing monthly billing cycles, invoices and tenant statements.
  • Processing ad hoc billings including landlord works, legal costs, surrender fees and utility charges.
  • Supporting capital transactions, acquisitions and divestments.
  • Ensuring data integrity through regular reviews, reconciliations and reporting.
  • Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external bodies.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

At Vicinity, we're looking for a detail-oriented Revenue Administrator to join our high‑performing Revenue team. This role is critical to ensuring our retailers are billed accurately and on time, while maintaining the integrity of our property and lease data across the portfolio.

Working within a supportive team environment, you'll play a key role in managing billing processes, maintaining property and tenancy information, producing business‑critical reports, and identifying opportunities to improve the way we work. About The Role

As the Revenue Administrator, you'll be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of lease and billing data within our ERP system, ensuring revenue is billed in accordance with lease agreements and business requirements.

You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Maintaining property, lease and billing information within the Property Database.

About You

You are a proactive and organised finance professional who takes pride in delivering accurate work and providing exceptional support to your team and stakeholders.

To Be Successful, You’ll Bring
  • Previous experience in a Finance Officer, Accounts Officer, Revenue Administration or similar finance administration role.
  • Strong experience managing billing processes and financial data.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and confidence working with ERP systems such as JDE
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative, team‑first mindset and willingness to support others during busy periods.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with lease documentation or property‑related billing processes will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
