Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Australia is seeking a capable supervisor to lead returns operations in a fast-paced 3PL environment. You will oversee a large team, ensure customer satisfaction, and optimise resources to hit targets while maintaining high service levels.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement and a strong focus on customer relationships, with opportunities for professional development and advancement within a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 3PL warehouse.
• Experience across returns and automated warehouses is desirable.
• Demonstrated performance management and leadership experience.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Knowledge of a WMS system, ideally Manhattan.
• Ability to engage, motivate and lead teams to achieve goals.
• High level planning and organisational skills for operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for our household name customer, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
• Support, manage, and develop a large operational team, fostering growth and excellence.
• Allocate resources to meet objectives and optimize efficiency.
• Guide coordinators to achieve customer success and overall targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to meet/exceed needs.
• Meet deadlines with a strong sense of urgency and commitment.
