Job summary

Qualifications

• Superior knowledge and proven experience of transport operations within a 3PL environment.
• Experience in leading and managing a team across daily operations, development, and succession planning.
• End-to-end knowledge of supply chain operations with focus on labour planning and cost management.
• Excellent people management and stakeholder influence across internal and external partners.
• Strong customer relationship skills and a commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control transport operations for the customer, ensuring a safe working environment with cost effective activities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain location and inventory accuracy and increase productivity streams.
• Ensure the customer's annual business plan including revenue, profit and service levels are met.
