Job summary

Rehab Management, part of Arriba Group, is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to support injured workers in Hobart, TAS. This permanent, full-time role is office-based with hybrid working, Monday–Friday 8:30 am–5:00 pm.

Qualifications

Masters in Psychology and AHPRA registration are required.
Full Australian working rights and a valid driver’s license.
Customer-focused, quality-oriented approach to complex psychological injuries.
Graduate to experienced level candidates are considered.

Responsibilities

Support injured workers during recovery and return-to-work journey.
Coordinate with health professionals, employers and insurers to manage recovery.
Conduct assessments and prepare clinical recommendations and reports.
Visit workplaces and develop graduated return-to-work plans.
Liaise with doctors and treating health professionals on suitable timeframes.
Educate employers on injury prevention, workplace wellbeing and sustainable outcomes.
