Job summary

Arriba Group's Rehab Management is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to support injured workers from its Melbourne office in Moonee Ponds. This permanent, full-time role offers hybrid work, with hours Monday to Friday and a salary based on experience plus superannuation.

You will collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers, conduct assessments, and develop graduated return-to-work plans while helping clients achieve safe, sustainable recovery and return-to-work outcomes.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and quality-oriented approach to complex injuries.
• Experience level: Graduate, early-career or experienced.
• Hold a driver's licence and Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Support injured workers throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey.
• Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to coordinate recovery.
• Conduct assessments and prepare clinical recommendations and reports.
• Visit workplaces and develop graduated return-to-work plans.
• Liaise with doctors and treating health professionals about suitable timeframes.
• Educate employers on injury prevention, workplace wellbeing and sustainable outcomes.
