• Minimum 5–7 years' experience in retail tenancy delivery.
• Proven track record delivering retail or commercial tenancy projects from design through to practical completion.
• Strong knowledge of retail design principles and tenant requirements.
• Excellent project management skills with budgeting, scheduling and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the end-to-end design and delivery of retail tenancy projects, including planning, coordination and execution.
• Liaising with architects, contractors, consultants and stakeholders to meet design specifications and timelines.
• Managing project budgets, monitoring expenditure and identifying cost efficiencies.
• Preparing and reviewing detailed project briefs, design drawings and technical documentation.
• Conducting site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Coordinating with retail tenants to incorporate their requirements into the design and delivery process.
• Managing project timelines and risks, providing regular updates to clients and senior management.
