Job summary

Telstra Retail is seeking a dedicated Retail Customer Service & Sales Consultant to help customers in our Cairns-area stores find the right tech solutions and provide memorable service. You will be part of a brand that connects Australians with reliable products and services, while embracing a culture of inclusion and development.

You’ll stay current on Telstra offerings, work with a collaborative team, and aim to exceed sales KPIs while delivering outstanding customer care in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Ability to tailor solutions to each customer’s needs.
• Motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Willingness to learn about Telstra products and services.
• Positive attitude and ability to stay calm in busy periods.
• Previous customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required.
