Job summary

The Reject Shop is opening a new store in Eagleby and is hiring a Retail Team Member to help launch the business. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be on your feet, learn fast and be part of a friendly team delivering a great customer experience.

You’ll support stock, keep shelves neat, assist during busy trading periods and work across store areas while following store standards. No retail experience is required as training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• No retail experience is needed; training provided.
• Flexible shifts including afternoons, evenings and weekends.
• Lift up to 16kg as part of normal duties.

The Role

As a Team Member, you’ll help support the day-to-day running of the store and create a great experience for customers.

You’ll:

• Serve customers and support busy trade periods
• Refill shelves and move stock around the store
• Keep the store clean, organised and safe
• Work across different areas of the store as part of the team
• Learn retail routines, processes and store standards

This is a hands‑on, physical role where you’ll be on your feet and may lift up to 16kg safely as part of normal store duties.

• Are available during busy retail trading periods including afternoons, evenings and weekends

Our busiest trading periods are typically:

• From 3:30pm onwards on weekdays
• Thursday or Friday night trade from 3:30pm to 9:00pm
• School holidays and public holidays

No retail experience is needed. Many of our Team Members are starting their first retail role and we provide training and support from day one.
