Job summary

The Reject Shop in Adelaide is hiring a Team Member to help run daily store operations. You’ll be on the shop floor, assist customers, restock shelves, keep areas clean and safe, and learn our store standards while working as part of a friendly team.

Flexible casual shifts, training from day one, and opportunities to gain retail experience across busy trading periods. No prior retail experience required; training and support are provided from day one.

The Role

As a Team Member, you'll help support the day-to-day running of the store and create a great experience for customers.

You'll:

• Serve customers and support busy trade periods
• Refill shelves and move stock around the store
• Keep the store clean, organised and safe
• Work across different areas of the store as part of the team
• Learn retail routines, processes and store standards

This is a hands-on, physical role where you'll be on your feet and may lift up to 16kg safely as part of normal store duties.

Our busiest trading periods are typically:

• From 3:30pm onwards on weekdays
• Thursday or Friday night trade from 3:30pm to 9:00pm
• Weekends
• School holidays and public holidays

No retail experience is needed. Many of our Team Members are starting their first retail role and we provide training and support from day one.
