Job summary

Ampol in Australia is seeking a friendly Retail Team Member to join our team. You will assist customers, manage stock, and ensure the store is clean, safe, and well presented across shifts, including weekends and overnights.

You will handle POS transactions, cash reconciliations, and work closely with the Store Manager and colleagues to deliver outstanding service and a smooth shopping experience. Training and career growth are available within one of Australia’s largest retail networks.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Proficient with POS systems and cash handling.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and overnight shifts as rostered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class customer service and assist shoppers.
• Operate POS and reconcile cash at end of shift.
• Maintain stock levels and store presentation.
