Job summary

Ampol Limited is seeking a Retail Team Member to keep our stores welcoming and well-presented, delivering friendly service and accurate merchandising. You’ll manage POS transactions, cash reconciliation, and stock control with a strong focus on safety and attention to detail, while supporting the Store Manager and collaborating with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to every shopper.
• Support the Store Manager with daily operations.
• Maintain product presentation and stock accuracy.
• Operate POS and perform cash reconciliations.
