Job summary

Ampol is seeking a Retail Team Member for its Sydney stores. You’ll keep our stores inviting and well stocked, handle merchandising, inventory, and POS transactions, and perform cash reconciliations at shift end.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash accurately
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including overnights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and put customers first
• Assist in daily store operations and support the Store Manager
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a team environment
• Maintain high safety and accuracy standards with attention to detail
• Manage merchandising, inventory control, and stock readiness
