The Reject Shop is recruiting for Team Members in Esperance across flexible shifts to support busy trading periods. You’ll help customers, refill shelves, keep the store clean and safe, and rotate through different areas as part of a supportive team.

No retail experience is required. Training is provided from day one, with opportunities to learn retail routines and store standards while developing confidence and skills.

• This is a hands-on, physical role where you’ll be on your feet and may lift up to 16kg safely as part of normal store duties.

The Role

As a Team Member, you’ll help support the day-to-day running of the store and create a great experience for customers.

You’ll:

• Serve customers and support busy trade periods
• Refill shelves and move stock around the store
• Keep the store clean, organised and safe
• Work across different areas of the store as part of the team
• Learn retail routines, processes and store standards

This is a hands-on, physical role where you’ll be on your feet and may lift up to 16kg safely as part of normal store duties.

Our busiest trading periods are typically:

• From 3:30pm onwards on weekdays
• Thursday or Friday night trade from 3:30pm to 9:00pm
• Weekends
• School holidays and public holidays

No retail experience is needed. Many of our Team Members are starting their first retail role and we provide training and support from day one.
