• Greet, acknowledge, show care and thank our customers for shopping at Woolies.
• Stick to our policies and procedures to ensure we keep ourselves, each other and our customers safe including reporting hazards.
• Help our customers by answering questions or guiding them to products they seek.
• Ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and tidy to enable a fast and easy shopping journey.
• Shopping for our online customers, ensuring they receive what they need.
