Job summary

Ampol in Melbourne is looking for a Retail Team Member to welcome customers, help them find what they need, and keep the store looking its best. You’ll serve at the checkout, restock shelves, prepare fresh food and coffee, and ensure a clean, safe environment across the shop floor, food area, bathrooms and forecourt.

You'll work as part of one of Australia’s largest retail networks, receive day-one training and ongoing support, and have opportunities to develop your customer-service, teamwork

Responsibilities

• Serving customers with a smile, helping them find what they need, and processing at the checkout.
• Restocking shelves and maintaining displays so customers can easily find items.
• Keeping the store clean, safe and welcoming across the shop floor, food areas, bathrooms and forecourt.
• Following safety procedures and taking ownership of day-to-day store operations.
