Retailors Pty Ltd is seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager for our Nike store at Castle Towers. You will work with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, coach staff, and drive excellent store operations to deliver the Ultimate Retail Experience.

Your leadership will focus on achieving strong results, coaching for growth, and upholding Nike brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, confidently coaching a team to achieve strong results.
• Commitment in delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience.
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs, with a results driven mindset.
