Retailors is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the NIKE Macarthur Square store in the Campbelltown area. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, deliver the Ultimate Retail Experience, and drive sales targets.

You should demonstrate proven leadership, coaching ability, accountability, and a passion for Nike and sport. The role offers a dynamic, growth-focused culture with strong benefits and career progression.

• Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, confidently coaching a team to achieve strong results
