Role and responsibilities

Retail Team Leader demonstrates emerging leadership abilities, particularly in creating appealing and stimulating shopping experiences for Repco customers and sharing that knowledge with their team. It is a strong opportunity to showcase exemplary merchandising and presentation skills.

Other expectations include:

• Always display and enforce a safety culture to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates and customers
• Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms and promotions
• Multitasking and prioritisation skills
• Leadership abilities (emerging or established) and ambition
• Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, or as discussed with the Manager
• Possess a valid driver\'s licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time to time
• Passion for the automotive industry and Repco products (ideal)
