Job summary

Repco, a division of GPC Asia Pacific, is seeking a Retail Team Leader to guide a showroom merchandising team across automotive aftermarket displays. Lead with creativity to ensure high-standard presentations and engaging shopping experiences for Repco customers.

Responsibilities include managing planograms, promoting displays, and coaching staff to uphold safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a busy, large-format retail environment. Training and development are offered.

About the role:

Retail Team Leader’s demonstrate their emerging leadership abilities, particularly in creating appealing & stimulating shopping experiences for Repco customers & sharing that knowledge with their team. It’s a perfect opportunity to showcase exceptional merchandising & presentation skills.

Other expectations include:

• Always display & enforce a safety culture to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers
• Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms & promotions
• Multitasking & prioritisation skills
• Leadership abilities (emerging or established) & ambition
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, or as discussed with Manager
• Possess a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time
• Passion for the automotive industry & Repco products (ideal)
