Woolworths Metro on the Gold Coast is seeking a Team Lead - Customer to join a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead a team, champion customer experience, and support store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

You’ll develop your team, drive excellent service, and ensure positive customer interactions across front-end, coffee, online and grocery departments, while living Woolworths values.

Competenze

• Experience leading teams to deliver the day-to-day running of a department, specifically in a diverse retail environment encompassing customer service and fresh food.
• Ability to listen and learn and show genuine care for both team and customers.
• Community oriented.

• Champion customer experience and product quality across Front End, Coffee, Online, Store Services and Fresh departments.
• Cultivate a customer-first culture with proactive engagement and effective inquiry/feedback management.
• Lead Store Operations and assist in Store Manager absence to ensure smooth operations.
