LaManna Essendon Fields is seeking a motivated Supervisor to join our team. In this full-time role you will support daily store operations, lead by example, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

You’ll manage stock, displays, transactions and collaborate with the Management Team to drive sales, while maintaining food safety standards. Ideal candidates bring retail or supervisory experience, leadership and strong communication skills, and the flexibility to work one weekend day

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar retail or supervisory role (preferred).
• Knowledge of food handling and stock rotation principles (advantageous but not essential).
• Strong leadership and communication skills — you lead by example.
• Solid understanding of retail operations and sales strategies.
• Ability to prioritise, multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, can-do attitude and a passion for teamwork.
• Flexibility to work one weekend day and evenings as needed.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure all displays are visually appealing.
• Carry out stock rotation, markdowns and ensure all products are well presented.
• Deliver genuine, friendly service to every customer.
• Operate registers, handle transactions confidently and efficiently.
• Support the Department Manager with staff supervision, training and performance.
• Communicate effectively to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.
• Assist with money control and day-to-day decision-making.
• Work with your Department Manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify trends and opportunities to drive profitability.
• Motivate your team to deliver outstanding results.
• Ensure company policies, safety, and food handling procedures are always followed.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe workspace in line with OHS and Food Safety standards.

We’re looking for motivated and passionate Supervisors to join our energetic team at LaManna, Essendon Fields.
In this role, you’ll play an important part in supporting our Management Team with daily operations, leading by example to create a seamless shopping experience for every customer.

Please note: this position is not suitable for junior casuals (high school students).

What You’ll Do

Operations Support

• Assist with daily store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly

• Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure all displays are visually appealing

• Carry out stock rotation, markdowns and ensure all products are well presented

Customer Service

• Deliver genuine, friendly service to every customer

• Operate registers, handle transactions confidently and efficiently

• Step in where needed — flexibility and teamwork are key

Management Support

• Support the Department Manager with staff supervision, training and performance

• Communicate effectively to ensure everyone is informed and aligned

• Assist with money control and day-to-day decision-making

Sales & Performance

• Work with your Department Manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs

What You Bring
