Job summary

Bunnings is seeking a Retail Supervisor in Australia to support the store's senior leadership and lead a designated department. You will maintain energy, ensure smooth workflows, and guide your team to deliver great service and efficient operations.

You will coach staff, onboard new team members, manage stock and merchandising standards, and contribute to a positive, customer-focused shopping experience. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for growth within our retailer

About the role

As a Retail Supervisor at Bunnings, you'll be the go-to and support for the store's senior leadership team. You'll keep the energy high and the workflow smooth in your designated department. By leading by example, you'll work with your team to ensure every day is a success and operations run like a well-oiled machine. Get ready to lead, inspire, and make a real impact! We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $30.78 per hour for this role.

What’s involved

• Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices and support the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customers
• Coach the team through guidance on appropriate service behaviours
• Helping onboard and train new team members by providing training and induction support
• Merchandising standards to ensure all merchandising meets business requirements

You will have previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment, have open communication and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others.
