Job summary

Supercheap Auto Clyde North is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a customer‑centric team, drive sales, and ensure a safe, engaging store environment. You will coach staff, share product insights, and support store management in cultivating a motivated team.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for developing others within a dynamic, inclusive retail setting.

About the role

As a Supervisor you are employed to actively assist the store management team to ensure the store achieves its maximum sales potential and runs efficiently whilst ensuring our customers have a great in-store experience and is a safe and enjoyable place to work for our team.
