Job summary

West Brothers in Mirrabooka, Perth is seeking a Store Manager to lead our busy streetwear store, driving sales, customer experience and daily operations.

You will manage the team, set targets, recruit and coach, handle rosters, oversee stock and visual merchandising, and work closely with the owners to grow the business. This is a hands-on, full-time role with a 38-hour weekly schedule, including alternating Sundays.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead our Mirrabooka store. You’ll take ownership of sales performance, customer experience, team development and day-to-day operations while working closely with the owners.

This is a hands‑on role for an experienced retail leader who enjoys being on the floor, understands the numbers and knows how to turn plans into results.

THE ROLE

As Store Manager, you will:

• Lead the team and take responsibility for the store’s sales and operational performance
• Set daily and weekly targets and track conversion, average sale value, units per transaction and other key results
• Recruit, onboard, coach and develop team members
• Give regular feedback, manage performance and build a positive, accountable team culture
• Create rosters that provide strong floor coverage while managing wage costs
• Deliver personalised customer service and build relationships with returning customers
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and cleanliness
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, replenishment, stocktakes and stockroom organisation
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage loss prevention
• Ensure opening and closing procedures, cash handling and daily reporting are completed accurately
• Plan and execute promotions and new product launches
• Support a smooth customer experience across in-store and online orders
• Resolve customer concerns with care and sound judgement
• Use sales and stock reports to identify opportunities and improve results
• Work closely with the owners on store priorities as the business grows

ABOUT YOU

You have store management experience in a busy retail environment and a record of achieving sales targets while developing a strong team. You’re comfortable making decisions, setting clear expectations and taking responsibility for the details that keep a store running well.

You'll work 38 hours per week on a flexible roster, including alternating Sundays. An interest in streetwear and sneakers will help you connect with our products, customers and team.

WHAT WE OFFER

• $80,000–$85,000 base salary plus superannuation, depending on experience
