Job summary

The Reject Shop Australia, now part of global retail leader Dollarama, is hiring a Store Manager in Melbourne to run a busy store hands-on on the floor with a team of 10 to 15, accountable for live operations, stock, service and standards.

You’ll enjoy no Sunday hours, every second Saturday off, three days off in a row every second weekend, plus a base hourly rate from 31.11 AUD, penalties, overtime, a bonus and 17.5% leave loading as we grow the business.

Qualifications

• Managed a retail store or similar operation and led by doing.
• On-floor leadership with hands-on approach.
• Willing to learn Dollarama Australia operating model.

The Job: Run your own store, hands-on and on the floor, with a team of 10 to 15. You'll be in the work, stock, service, standards, done with your team, not from an office. If you love being on the floor, you'll love this. If you want a desk, you won't.

You: You've managed a retail store, servo, fast food outlet, pub, chemist or similar, and you lead by doing. No discount variety experience needed. We'll teach you the business, and a global operating model most managers never get to learn.
