Job summary

Sussan Corporation is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll inspire and develop your team, foster a positive store culture and ensure operational excellence across inventory, visual merchandising and compliance.

You will recruit, onboard and train staff, manage payroll and rosters, handle customer enquiries, and resolve issues promptly.

You’ll inspire and develop your team, foster a positive store culture and ensure operational excellence across stock management, visual merchandising and compliance.

We’re looking for a confident retail leader with previous management experience, strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, lead by example and know how to motivate a team to achieve results while creating an engaging in-store experience.

In this role you will:

• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
