Job summary

Pets Domain is seeking a Store Manager for the Yarrabilba store in Australia to lead a hands-on team and take ownership of store performance. You will drive sales, manage stock and ensure high operational standards while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Previous pet retail or animal care experience is a bonus but not essential; a genuine love for animals and willingness to learn are valued. You will be supported by an Area Manager and wider Pets Domain team.

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced retail leader to take ownership of our Yarrabilba store and lead a small, hands-on team.

As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of your store from developing your team and delivering great customer experiences to driving sales, managing stock and maintaining high operational standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, developing people and taking ownership of results.

Duties

Skills & experience

• Previous retail management or strong retail leadership experience
• Confidence leading, coaching and developing a team

• A hands-on approach and the ability to take ownership of store performance
• Experience within the pet industry is not essential — we’ll provide the training and support you need to build your product and animal care knowledge.
