Job summary

Sussan Corporation is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales performance and lead daily operations in Sydney. You will inspire and coach a team, maintain stock integrity, and uphold brand standards while delivering an engaging in-store experience for customers.

You will oversee payroll, rostering, visual merchandising and compliance, while promoting a positive culture. The role offers a structured development path and a focus on health and wellbeing within a flexible retail calendar.

As a Store Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, leading daily operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. We're looking for a confident retail leader with previous management experience, strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, lead by example and know how to motivate a team to achieve results while creating an engaging in-store experience.

In this role you will:
