Job summary

Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the Ghanda Gang in Fountaingate, VIC. You will drive sales, develop your team and uphold Ghanda's brand standards on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach & train a team of up to 30 team members.

• Coordinate with Stock Allocator and manage stock levels to maximise floor space ROI.

A day in the life

As a Retail Store Manager, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 30 team members.
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team.
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space.
• Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance.
