Job summary

Ghanda Clothing in Lorne, VIC is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the Ghanda Gang on the shop floor. You will coach a team, uphold brand standards, and optimise stock and rosters to maximise sales.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer-first service, and maintaining high store presentation. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for career progression within Ghanda’s network.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 10 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
