Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and train a team of up to 20 team members.
• Drive Ghanda values with the store team.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation per guidelines and brand direction.
• Liaise with Stock Allocator and manage stock levels to maximise floor space ROI.
• Prepare and monitor rosters, sales reports and store/team compliance.
