Job summary

The Reject Shop Ltd. is seeking a hands-on store leader to run a busy retail floor with a team of 10 to 15 staff.

You’ll be responsible for daily store operations, stock, customer service and maintaining service standards, always working on the floor with your team. Ideal candidates have led retail teams in fast-paced environments; no discount variety experience is required, as we will train you in our global operating model and business approach.

• Managed a retail store or similar environment, leading by example on the floor.
• Ability to drive service standards and stock control with hands-on leadership.

The Roster

The Job:

Run your own store, hands-on and on the floor, with a team of 10 to 15. You'll be in the work, stock, service, standards, done with your team, not from an office. If you love being on the floor, you'll love this. If you want a desk, you won't.

You:

You've managed a retail store, servo, fast food outlet, pub, chemist or similar, and you lead by doing. No discount variety experience needed. We'll teach you the business, and a global operating model most managers never get to learn.

What you get:

From $31.11 base hourly rate (depending on experience) + penalty rates + overtime rates each week + bonus + 17.5% leave loading, and a real path forward as the business grows.
