Job summary

Ghanda Clothing in Byron Bay is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the Ghanda Gang on the ground. You will be responsible for a team of up to 20, and you’ll drive our values, maintain presentation standards, and manage stock with your Allocator to maximise floor space.

The role emphasises customer-first retail, team coaching, and hands-on leadership. A dynamic store environment in Byron Bay offers strong career progression and engagement opportunities within Ghanda’s network.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach & train a team of up to 20 members.

• Coordinate with Stock Allocator and manage stock levels to maximise floor space.
• Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports and compliance.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
