Job summary

Ghanda is seeking a Retail Store Manager for our new Darwin, NT store. You will lead a team of up to 15, embody Ghanda values, and drive exceptional store presentation and customer service.

This role involves coordinating with stock and ensuring rosters and reports align with performance goals. The ideal candidate leads from the front, prioritises customer satisfaction, and is adaptable to Ghanda's fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor rosters, sales reports, and compliance for the store.

A day in the life

As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:

• Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 15 team members
• Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
• Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
• Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
• Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance
