Mountain Warehouse in Essendon (ESD) is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving store success. You will lead daily operations and foster a collaborative team to create an exceptional shopping experience while upholding the Mountain Warehouse brand.

You will support hiring, training, customer service excellence, visual merchandising, stock management, and loss prevention, while driving sales targets and KPI performance in a fast-paced retail environment.
